Party Packages
Hart Sister’s Tea Party Packages during regular business hours
(You may inquire about private after hours fees)
Each package includes one and one half hours of table use and tea service (except where noted). Groups over 30 may have up to two hours. (If additional time will be needed, you must prearrange this and there will be an additional charge) To reserve the date for your event you will need to provide a credit card number. This will hold the date and time. One gift table will be provided for groups of 15 or more. Smaller groups will be charged a $10 gift table fee if needed. Final counts are due 3 days prior to your party. We will not process your card until the time of your party. If you cancel up to 3 days before your scheduled party, your card will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your party, we will run your card for 50% of the party fee to cover expenses incurred. Please see our party guidelines for hosting your party at Hart Sisters.

Victorian Tea:
A Beautiful tier of Scones accompanied by preserves and Devonshire cream, Tea Sandwiches and Petite Desserts served with hot or iced tea. $17.00 per person
Deluxe Victorian Tea:
Our Victorian Tea package plus one choice of the following: Chilled Strawberry Soup, Broccoli Cheese Soup, or The Sisters Salad (fresh greens topped with Mandarin Oranges, dried Cranberries and Walnuts dressed with our house honey lemon dressing) $22.00 per person
Victorian Brunch: (available for parties between 9:30 am & 11am only)
Your guests will begin with warm Scones accompanied by preserves and Devonshire cream along with our Ginger Peach or Raspberry Quince hot tea, then your guest will be presented with the main course of your choice; Ham & Cheese Quiche, Eggs wrapped in bacon & breakfast potatoes or Eggs in Ham Cups & breakfast potatoes, each will be accompanied by a fresh fruit garnish. $17.00 per person
The Southern Lady:
Your guests will begin this elegant meal with our Sisters Salad (fresh greens topped with Mandarin Oranges, dried Cranberries and Walnuts dressed with our house honey lemon dressing), party guests will then be presented with a flaky croissant filled with our Apple Walnut Chicken Salad garnished with fresh fruit, then your guest will indulge in a delicious piece cake of your choice; Pina Colada Cake (a moist yellow cake with a pineapple custard topped with a creamy topping and sprinkled with coconut), Banana Cake with cream cheese frosting sprinkled with walnuts, Lemon Cake topped with a luscious lemon frosting or Chocolate Cake with a chocolate ganache topping. $19.00 per person
Victorian Luncheon Package:
Guests will begin with either our Ginger Peach and Raspberry Quince hot tea or our Peach and Cran-raspberry Iced Tea and warm Scones accompanied by preserves & devonshire cream, next your guests will be presented with our Sisters Salad (fresh greens topped with Mandarin Oranges, dried Cranberries and Walnuts dressed in our house honey lemon dressing), we will then serve the quiche of your choice; Spinach & Bacon, Broccoli & Cheese or Ham & Cheese $18.00 per person
Garden Tea Party (minimum of 8 & maximum of 14 guests)
This package is also offered inside the tearoom.
Your guests will begin with one of our hot or iced teas and Warm Scones accompanied by preserves & devonshire cream. Next they will dine on the main course of your choice; Chicken & Walnut Salad (fresh greens topped with sliced chicken breast, walnuts, cranberries & mandarin oranges dressed in our house honey lemon dressing) or our House Chicken Salad (a scoop of curry chicken salad on a bed of fresh greens and fruit dressed in our house honey lemon dressing), then your guest will indulge in a delicious cake of your choice; Pina Colada Cake (a moist yellow cake with a pineapple custard topped with a creamy topping and sprinkled with coconut), Banana Cake with cream cheese frosting sprinkled with walnuts, Lemon Cake topped with a luscious lemon frosting or Chocolate Cake with a chocolate ganache topping. $19.00 per person

Princess Tea Party for up to 8 guest: (held at 11am or 2pm)
Ages 10 & under
As the guest of honor and her friends enter they will be escorted to a table with boas, tiaras, and costume jewelry to wear during the tea party.
Once the girls are seated, they will be served lemonade in china teacups and a tier of Cookies, American cheese and Jam with Cream Cheese tea sandwiches and fresh fruit. To finish the tea party, a pedestal of pink frosted cupcakes will be brought out with a lit candle for the birthday girl to make a wish.
Package for up to 8 is $128, which includes tax & gratuity. If more than 8 girls are attending an additional $16 per added guest will be charged. If tea is requested, there is an additional charge of $1 per child.
If parents, grandparents, siblings, or friends will be staying a reservation will need to be made for an Afternoon Tea tray at 12.50 per person or a Cream Tea (two scones & hot tea) for 6.95 per person.
Final counts for children and others who will be staying during the children’s tea party are required three (3) days prior to your child’s party.
Evening Dinner Celebration:
Minimum group size of 15 required
Begin with our house salad with dinner rolls and one of our Iced Teas. Each guest will then be presented with an entrée of your choice; Chicken Francese served with Sour Cream Smashed Potatoes, and Sautéed Green Beans, Cajun Chicken Pasta or Rosemary Chicken breast served with red potatoes with parsley & butter and Sautéed Green Beans, then your guest will indulge in a delicious cake of your choice; Pina Colada Cake (a moist yellow cake with a pineapple custard topped with a creamy topping and sprinkled with coconut), Banana Cake with cream cheese frosting sprinkled with walnuts, Lemon Cake topped with a luscious lemon frosting or Chocolate Cake with a chocolate ganache topping. $21.00 per person
Hart Sister's does not sell alcohol, however if you want to bring in your bottle(s) of wine or champagne we will serve it for you and your guest for a $10.00 cork fee per bottle.

We charge a $25 cake fee for bringing in a cake, which includes cutting and serving. Groups of 15 or less will be charged $1 per person, but no less than $10.
*Difficult cakes may be an additional charge.
