Party Guidelines

Hart Sisters Party Guidelines during regular business hours

Thank you for holding your event with Hart Sisters.  We look forward to providing excellent service and delicious food and beverage to you and your guests.  In order to provide you with the best service available and for the safety of your guests, we ask that you follow the guidelines below.  If you have any questions or special needs please speak with us prior to your event.

You and your helper(s) will be allowed access to the tables that have been reserved for your group no earlier than 20 minutes prior to your party for the purpose of placing favors or place cards.  If you happen to arrive early, we ask that you wait in our front area or if available, you are welcome to wait in the courtyard until your server shows you to your tables.

For the comfort of your guest and to help your server, we ask that you keep decorations to a minimum by limiting them to favors and small non-invasive items.  Tabletop space is limited and once your guests receive food and beverages it could get tight.

We ask those who bring young children to not leave them unattended and to keep them seated for their safety and the safety of others.

As your guest enter, please seat them at your reserved tables, your server will then pour tea for them to enjoy. Tea Trays will be brought out within 15 minutes of your start time. 

Keep the walkway clear for the staff to serve you and our other patrons.

Please do not move tables, chairs, or place settings.  If you have a specific need please speak with your server about it.  Changing seats will result in misplating of Tea Trays.

Due to fire hazards and regulations we ask that you not block any walkways, doorways or front counter area with gifts or other party items.

Remember to keep your party on track to allow time for tea, a game or two and for gift opening. You have one and one half hours or two hours depending on your group size.  We ask that you be considerate of the time allowance as we do not add any space charge and we schedule other events and our staff accordingly.

If you need us to move any furnishings for musicians, other live entertainment or any type of display there will be a charge.
